These Website Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the website located at lostfit.fi and any other domains we control (the 'Website'), operated by LSTT Solutions Oy, Business ID (Y-tunnus) 3585888-3, registered address Samottikuja 3 C 244, 20250 Turku, Finland ('LostFit', 'we', 'us', 'our').

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply only to your use of the public marketing Website. If you sign up as a trainer to use the LostFit web application, or use the LostFit mobile app as a client, your use of those services is governed by separate agreements — the Trainer Terms of Service or Client Terms of Service, presented to you at sign-up — not by these Terms.

2. Who these Terms apply to

These Terms apply to anyone who visits or browses the Website, including prospective customers, job applicants, and members of the public. They do not create any contractual relationship regarding the provision of Trainer Services, the Trainer App, or the Client App — those relationships are governed by separate terms accepted during account creation or checkout.

3. Permitted use of the Website

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• use the Website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Website, its servers, or any connected network;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Website using automated means, except for standard search-engine indexing;
• introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Website; or
• copy, reproduce, or redistribute Website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the LostFit name and brand, icons, images, and the design and layout of the Website — are owned by LSTT Solutions Oy or our licensors and are protected by Finnish and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices.

No right, title, or interest in or to the Website or any content on it is transferred to you as a result of your use of the Website.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by LostFit, such as social media platforms or app store listings. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
